Commercial Projects

Commercial commissions are usually double the cost of the provided noncommercial commissions per artwork. You may negotiate fees & budget.
You may discuss scheduling and availability with me.
There may be rush fees if you provide a tight deadline of a minimum of 2 months. Fees will be negotiated in email correspondence.
Everything will be paid through PayPal or Gcash.
You may enquire about unlisted services such as PNGTubers, character design & illustration, promotional posters, book cover art, music video, & visual novel CG & assets.

Terms of Service
General
I reserve the right to decline any commission orders.
I may decline an order if the project and/or character are something I cannot deliver well. Read do's & don'ts below.
I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in my gallery for any reason.
I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.
You, the Client, will be expected to first read my TOS and understand my general Commission Prices.
Any harassment in an attempt to bargain for a commission (a ‘slot’) is not tolerated. This includes inappropriately worded comments on my profile, as well as private messages. I reserve the right to place anyone on the blacklist over harassment.
Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.
These clients are permitted to include signatures and/or watermarks indicating the Artwork is my intellectual property. Credit in some form is required.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.
Usage and Credits
You may not upload or host my work in any gallery that is intended to display your own work only.
You, the Client, may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.
You may use the Artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.
You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the Artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (i.e. NOT for sale).
You may not use the Artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) unless otherwise discussed.
In the case of an adoptable, you retain the rights to the character design.
You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit, or use my works without my permission.
You are NOT authorized to trace over my Artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base".
Do not use the artwork for commercial use unless discussed beforehand. There are extra charges and/or royalties involved for commercial projects.
Do not claim full credit to the artwork's creation even if you have ownership of the artwork.
I retain rights to artist credits and publishing the art in my personal portfolio & social media.
Publishing and privatization of commissions can be considered and discussed, especially for marketing purposes of commercial work.
Reposting your commissioned artwork is allowed as long as proper crediting is given (such as linking any of the artist's relevant social media account/s).
Noncommercial and commercial works made by SophCQ are NOT authorized for use in any blockchain-related technology including NFTs and any form of cryptocurrency.
Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations
I, as the artist, reserve the right to refund and cancel the commission at any time.
Do not issue chargebacks. You may request a refund and cancel the commission only if I take more than 5 months without progress.
In the event of a full refund or chargeback, you will forfeit your ownership and rights to the commissioned artwork/s at any stage of progress.
Partial refunds will be considered if the commission has been started, and you are allowed to keep the commission files sent.
If the invoice was sent and hasn't been paid for over a week, we will cancel the commission unless there's mutual agreement regarding the delay.
Any additional charges (rush fees, further edits, added assets, etc.) will be upheld and respected by all parties involved.
Requests and Revisions
Changing references is allowed if I haven't started on your commission. Please ask first if I started or not!
I will provide screenshots of WIPs throughout the process. You are limited to 3 edit sessions during the sketching stage, and 1 chance for minor adjustments in the finishing stages (including hues, painting in missing details, etc.).
Any further edits will have added fees to the overall cost.
No major changes are allowed in the finishing stage that will affect the overall composition of the artwork.

Commission Process
Commissioners fill up the form and submit it with the required details such as references, poses, etc.
Wait for a response through email.
Once the commission has been accepted, the client will pay 50% of the fee before I proceed with the commission.
I will start with the colored sketch and show it to the client for approval and revisions.
Once approved, the client will pay the other 50% of the fee and I will proceed with continuing with the commission.
The commission may take a while so please be patient! I will frequently give you updates and screenshots of the commission.
Once finished, I will send you the files through email/Google Drive.
